Reporting problems in the interRAI Assessment Software (iAS)

Modified on Wed, 25 Mar at 2:55 PM

1: Check the interRAI help articles to see if there is solution for the issue/fault you are experiencing.

2: Check that there isn’t a fault with your own computer, network or internet access. Contact your IT Team/expert for assistance as required.

3: Check our website for outages, these will be highlighted as a banner at the top of the interRAI website or detailed on the software updates page under ‘Current Status).

4: Contact the interRAI Service Desk. Our preference is via email, and it helps us when the following details are included:

  • Your UserID or name
  • The problem you are experiencing
  • What you were trying to do when the incident/fault occurred
  • The error message that you have received
  • The dates and times of the incident/fault
  • The server that you are on. This can be found in the bottom righthand corner of the iAS screen:
